PAVE CREATORS is a UK-based boutique influencer management agency representing online creators in the fashion, beauty & lifestyle space.
We are paving the way for diverse, talented content creators with purpose. We want to amplify the voices of underrepresented creators and move the needle towards a more inclusive, accessible digital world.
We are relationship people, and in an industry that is moving further away from human connection and is transaction-led, we pride ourselves on our personal, people-first approach to influencer marketing, with connection and trust at the heart of all our work.
Our Founder
Nish started her career in advertising 10 years ago, selling advertising space for some of the largest publishers and broadcasters in the UK including Glamour Magazine, Sky and Time Inc. Her love of influencers started as a passion around the same time, when she learnt how to apply makeup from OG beauty YouTubers and bloggers. After she graduated from university, she ran her own lifestyle blog and YouTube channel as a form of escapism from her day job, but soon came to realise that her career lay behind the camera.
She has managed leading digital talent for the last four years and founded PAVE CREATORS to help connect pioneering brands with high quality creatives. Above all, her main priority is to provide a super personalised service to both creators and clients, and prides herself on her collaborative approach to working.
